We do our best to get your quiz packs to you as quickly as possible but there are three step you could take to ensure you have the best chance of not ever getting a late quiz pack.

Order you quiz nice and early.
Ensure your email is not going to your spam filter.

If for some reason you have not received your quiz on the same day send us an email and we WILL get it to you!

So we will send you five separate emails with the quiz number of five clearly shown.
It is recommended you save them to a file in your pc, this way they don't go missing if you have your email set to remove items after a set time.
